Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
